Cancellation and Refunds
At Bozo Wags, we aim for customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or return an order.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order will have entered the shipping process.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@bozowags.com.
Return & Refund Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a return or replacement.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, a refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products (like pet food or opened grooming items), some items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for more details.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as your credit card, bank transfer, or digital wallet, within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
