At Bozo Wags, we aim to make the delivery process smooth and efficient.

We currently offer shipping across Bangalore. For orders outside this area, please contact us to check availability.

Standard delivery times range from 3-5 business days within Bangalore. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch of your order.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Charges will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If an item is damaged during transit or lost, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
